Returns Policy

Hyundai Power Products Returns

Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

  • Your product was damaged during transit
  • You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased
  • You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased We accept change of mind returns if the item is in its original unopened state and packaging.

 Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team which will be sent to your registered email address. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

 

Applicable freight fees and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product in its original state and packaging. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item

Our Return Policy is as follows:

• Buyer pays for return post

• Choice of exchange or refund, excluding original delivery costs and restocking fee of up to 20%

• Must meet following conditions:

• Must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
